What is Mediation?
An Alternative to Traditional Divorce
With mediation, family members meet with the mediator to form sensible agreements. In this process, the divorce attorney does not represent either party; he helps both spouses understand the issues and the available options.
At Sensible Separation, we can prepare all of the necessary documents for the family. Either of the spouses may also seek their own attorney’s assistance, if they so desire, at any point before submitting the negotiated agreements to the court for final approval.
